Information Needed For Loan Application
Buyers and sellers want the same thing to happen... 'FAST LOAN APPROVAL.' So bring the following to your loan application:
1. Check for Application Fee
2. Drivers license or picture ID and Social Security card(s).
3. Residence addresses include names of landlord for past 2 years and telephone number.
4. Name and address of employers for each employer for the past 2 years.
5. Most recent paycheck stub showing gross monthly salary or pay and all deductions for 1 month period.
6. Previous 2 years W2's.
7. Names, addresses, account numbers and balances for checking and savings accounts.
8. Names, addresses, account numbers, monthly payment and balances on all open accounts.
9. Last 3 months checking, savings, investments, IRA's etc accounts.
10. Loan information on real estate owned (include monthly payments, balance, payment address and account numbers.
11. For active or veterans of the military, your Certificate of Eligibity and/or DD214 and/or statement of service for VA loans.
12. If self employed, 2 years tax returns with all schedules, YTD P&L statement with balance sheet prepared by CPA.
13. Any wills or divorce decree(s).
